GAS FIRED DOOR JET INFO
Mighty DOORJET heaters blast in-rushing cold air to maintain employee comfort. Productivity improves. Energy dollars are saved.

DOORJET heaters stop the chills and wasted energy that occur when outside bay doors are opened in industrial plants and warehouses. The in-rushing cold air is tempered by the DOOR JETs heat surge, keeping employees working in the area comfortable.

Energy is saved as the building's heating system maintains its normal operation without the added strain of attempting to compensate for the influx of large amounts of cold air.

Fully automatic operation - You don't have to remember to turn the DOORJET on!

Solaronics DOORJETs start operating as the door is raised. A switch is tripped starting the fan and burner Automatically, a "jet" of heated air is directed toward the door without a warm-up period. When the door is closed, the fan and burner shut off immediately.

Easy installation for all door types
Solaronics DOORJETs are installed with the angle of air discharge from vertical to horizontal. Vertical mounting to direct the heat straight down is standard for roll up or straight lift doors. For conventional doors, horizontal or angled placement may be utilized. After mounting, connections to electrical source, gas supply, door limit switch and remote control complete the installation.

Under normal conditions, a single DOORJET will handle door openings up to about 12' x 12'. Larger openings require two or more heaters.

Energy saving DOORJET lowers heating costs.
Solaronics DOORJET heaters are designed to operate economically on natural gas, and reduce the cost of heating buildings. The heaters can also be specified to operate on other gaseous fuels. DOORJET heaters are available with BTUH input ratings from 550,000 to 950,000.

DOORJETs are supplied completely assembled and factory tested prior to shipment. A stainless steel burner and fully sealed electrical controls ensure safe, dependable, long life operation.
